Type of Information Collected
AutoLiquidaters is a site offering information only. Each offer is sponsored by one of our advertisers. If information is collected from the consumer through an online form. Applicants submit their name, address, title, and e-mail address, along with other information and optional questions chosen by the advertiser.

Use of Collected Information
Information that is collected by AutoLiquidaters is the sole property of the advertiser and is shared only with the advertiser. Each advertiser individually controls what is done with the information collected. We host ads and collect the information from consumers on behalf of our client. We only use this information to audit accuracy. We guarantee unique users to our clients, and the auditing procedure ensures that promise.

Member Contact
If the opt-in box is selected on the entry form, we have permission to contact the applicant via electronic or postal mail regarding information, savings, or special offers that relate directly to the information, savings, or special offers that relate directly to the information they have provided. This is opt-in only, meaning that the applicant has complete control in allowing us to contact them. Applicant must opt-in to receive secondary communication from AutoLiquidaters, but the policies of our clients may differ.

If you register with or purchase products from us, from time to time we may e-mail you with messages about our services or third party products and services we believe may be of interest to you, such as new products, features, services, special offers and updated information. The newsletters may contain code that enables our database to track your usage of the newsletters, including whether the email was opened and/or what links (if any) were clicked. If you do not want to receive information from us, you may decline to receive it (or "Opt-Out") either when you provide personal information to AutoLiquidaters.  Please note that there might be a brief delay between when you submit your request to Opt-Out and when it is processed and reflected in our systems; accordingly you might continue to receive emails from us for a few days after you unsubscribe. 

Cookies
Cookies are only used to keep track of log-in names and passwords. A user's e-mail address is automatically logged in when they revisit the site and they do not have to reenter profile information. This is to keep track of preferences and to better tailor the site to the visitor's needs while providing the most effective service to our clients. Information such as IP address internal session ID, user's domain, type of Internet browser, domain of Web site are collected and used only for traffic auditing and analyzing trends.

Security
In order to ensure security and protection of collected information, all employees are aware of our security policy and practices. Web security is constantly reviewed. Access to the information is limited and only obtained through codenames and passwords. Delete/Deactivate
"Deactivating" refers to the process by which Personally Identifiable Information, upon request, is removed. Because of backups and records of deletions, it may be impossible to delete a consumer's entry without some residual information. An individual who requests to have Personally Identifiable Information deactivated will be functionally deleted. We will not sell, transfer, or use the information relating to a deleted individual in any way. To deactivate your account, please e-mail AutoLiquidaters @theomnicorp.com.

Correct and Update Information
Personal information collected through AutoLiquidaters must be corrected or updated through email. All information must be updated by contacting AutoLiquidaters @theomnicorp.com staff e-mail. All changes may be sent to AutoLiquidaters by sending e-mail to AutoLiquidaters @theomnicorp.com.

Notification Of Changes
In the event that there is a change in the privacy practices of AutoLiquidaters, all members of AutoLiquidaters will be contacted via the e-mail address on record. If this e-mail address is not valid, a written notice will be sent to the street address on record.
